Online Booking Policy:

When booking an appointment online, 50% of the service must be paid for a that time. A credit card must be put on file in order to reserve an appointment in person or by phone.

Rescheduling of appointments is allowed as we understand that things come up, but please cancel your appointment or call to reschedule at least 24 business hours before its scheduled time. If an appointment is no-showed or canceled in less than 24 business hours before its scheduled time, 50% of the service price will be charged to your card on file.

Please arrive 15 minutes before each appointment to complete any necessary forms, get settled in for a great experience, and make sure your appointment starts on time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, it will be considered no call/no show and 50% charge incurred.
