If you've lived around the Grand Strand for any length of time, there's a good chance you've met Kathy—or at least know someone who has! With more than a decade of experience in the industry, Kathy has become a familiar face and trusted resource in the community.
As our Spa Coordinator, Kathy keeps everything running smoothly while making every patient and visitor feel right at home. From answering questions to coordinating schedules and solving just about any challenge that comes her way, she does it all with a smile, a great sense of humor, and a knack for making people feel welcome.
Known for knowing just about everyone in town, Kathy is a true community staple. Her warm personality, quick wit, and genuine care for others make her a favorite among patients and coworkers alike. Whether she's greeting familiar faces or welcoming first-time visitors, Kathy brings energy, laughter, and professionalism to every interaction.

Casey Bowman
Master Licensed Aesthetician & Certified Medical Assistant
Casey is a Master Licensed Aesthetician and Certified Medical Assistant with a passion for helping clients achieve healthy, radiant skin through personalized treatments and expert skincare guidance. A graduate of A New Vision Academy in Newton, North Carolina, Casey has been dedicated to the aesthetics industry since 2015 and continues to expand her knowledge through advanced education and specialized training.
Committed to staying at the forefront of aesthetic medicine, Casey completed Advanced Laser Training in 2021 and has received extensive training in chemical peels and other advanced skincare treatments. Her expertise allows her to create customized treatment plans that address acne, sun damage, hyperpigmentation, fine lines, uneven skin tone, and overall skin rejuvenation.
At Waccamaw Medical Spa, Casey is known for her gentle approach, attention to detail, and genuine commitment to her clients. She strives to create a comfortable, welcoming environment where every patient feels heard, valued, and confident in their skincare journey. Casey believes that combining advanced treatments with education and a personalized skincare plan is the key to achieving beautiful, long-lasting results.
Chasity Young
Master Licensed Aesthetician & Licensed Oncology Aesthetician
Chasity has worked over two decades in the aesthetics industry. She is known for her passion of helping clients look and feel their very best. Her expertise includes customized facials, HydraFacials, anti-aging skincare, lasers, full-body treatments, and full-body waxing, with a specialization in Brazilian waxing. She also brings years of experience with the Aveda approach to skincare and wellness.
As a certified oncology esthetician and breast cancer survivor, Chasity has a special passion for caring for clients experiencing the effects of cancer treatment, as well as those with sensitive, compromised, or rosacea-prone skin. She is dedicated to ongoing education and providing personalized treatments that help every client achieve healthier, more radiant skin with confidence.
