Christen is a dedicated and highly skilled Licensed Massage Therapist, specializing in a wide range of therapeutic and restorative modalities. A graduate of the Northern Virginia School of Therapeutic Massage, she has expanded her expertise beyond traditional massage therapy to offer advanced techniques that promote healing and overall well-being.
With over 25 years of experience in the medical field across Maryland, Virginia, and now South Carolina, Christen has developed a deep passion for helping others. She is an Ashiatsu DeepFeet Bar Therapist and a Certified Manual Lymphatic Drainage Therapist, with additional certifications in migraine and headache relief, medical and orthopedic massage, assisted stretching, reiki, prenatal massage, and hot stone therapy.
Christen uses integrate techniques such as Deep Tissue, Swedish, Ashiatsu, Manual Lymphatic Drainage (Vodder Technique), Trigger Point Therapy, and Myofascial Release. She believes in treating the body as a whole, recognizing that everything is interconnected and that balance is key to recovering and well-being. Outside of her practice, she enjoys spending time with her family, visiting the beach, traveling, practicing yoga, pilates, and playing pickleball. She also loves riding on her husbands motorcycle and is passionately committed to supporting veterans and law enforcement officers.

Kayla brings 9 years of esthetics experience to Waccamaw Medical Spa, including valuable time working in Dermatology. As an Air Force veteran who specialized in Ammunitions, Kayla knows the importance of precision and dedication.
